You Still Trust Him

Just because you’re frustrated doesn’t mean you aren’t satisfied.

Just because you feel insecure doesn’t mean you haven’t found your identity in Christ.

Just because you're angry doesn’t mean God hasn’t taken control of you.

Just because you feel lonely doesn’t mean you haven’t found refuge in Christ.

Just because you are crying doesn’t mean Christ isn’t your peace.

Just because you’re tired doesn’t mean you haven’t found strength in God.

Just because you are scared doesn’t mean you don’t trust God.

Just because we feel doesn’t mean we haven’t surrendered our lives to Christ. When we gave our life to Jesus and asked Him to be Lord of our lives, we didn’t automatically end up in heaven. Otherwise, everything would be perfect. We are human, Christ not only came to this earth to die for us. He came to this earth to live a human life, to walk in our footsteps, to feel what we feel, to sympathize with our emotions. He knows us better than even we know ourselves.

It’s ok to feel. It’s ok to be human. But just always remember to give it to God. Let Him replace it with His presence and we will see, that is all we need.
